"Do not expect any engagement on troubleshooting. This game is glitchy. DO expect lots of things to go wrong especially when you have paid for in player buffs, gems, speed ups and starter packs. When you open tickets, you are guaranteed to not get a response 90% of the time. On the odd occasion that you do a get response, it's usually "sorry for inconvenience". DO expect shocking levels of racism, sexism, homophobia & ableism New: As stated above NO ONE had responded from customer support"

I paid for a package so I could upgrade and lost most of what I paid for. AS OF TODAY 4/26/22 they have ignored me, then Colin claimed it was an "optical mistake", but never gave me back the resources or refund.
