When you open tickets, you are guaranteed to not get a response 90% of the time. On the odd occasion that you do a get response, it's usually "sorry for inconvenience". DO expect shocking levels of racism, sexism, homophobia & ableism New: As stated above NO ONE had responded from customer support"

I paid for a package so I could upgrade and lost most of what I paid for. AS OF TODAY 4/26/22 they have ignored me, then Colin claimed it was an "optical mistake", but never gave me back the resources or refund.
